This event is designed to introduce young athletes to the fastest game on two feet in a fun, competitive, and accessible environment—emphasizing skill development, creativity, and a genuine love for the game.

What Is SPEED Lacrosse?
SPEED Lacrosse is a modern, fast-paced version of the game built to maximize development and enjoyment.

3v3 Format
Smaller teams create more space, more decision-making opportunities, and significantly more touches on the ball. -
No Pads
Players compete with minimal equipment, allowing them to focus on stick skills, footwork, and lacrosse IQ. -
Soft Ball
A safer, softer ball is used to create a comfortable learning environment for players of all experience levels. -
Maximum Reps, Faster Learning
Athletes receive up to 10 times more touches in half the time compared to traditional lacrosse.

Players may register as individuals or in groups of 3–5 players. -
Game Play
Fast, 6-minute games in a round-robin format keep the action moving and engagement high. -
