TRAINING & COACHING

The 22 Collective is a year-round elite training program featuring individualized plans through 1:1, group, and combine formats, all guided by Casey Powell’s CP22 roadmap. Athletes continuously condition, compete, and follow season-specific training missions. Casey’s Leadership Circle provides exclusive access to legendary guest coaches and mentors. With a structured and progressive curriculum, the program is designed for advanced players striving for the highest level of development.

PLAYER DEVELOPMENT

CP22 is the core of player development at the Legacy Academy, using proprietary programs to accelerate growth across all lacrosse dimensions. With a true Upstate mentality—Head, Heart, and Hustle—training is personalized, measured, and highly effective. Athletes push themselves, have fun, and improve rapidly. Our goal is to build well-rounded players who stand out on the field and make an immediate impact at the next level.

RECRUITING

CP22 Legacy Academy members receive comprehensive recruiting support from Casey himself along with his extended Leadership Circle and relationships. CP22 is the roadmap to become elite, and Casey knows what it takes to succeed at all levels - from Youth Rec to Elite Youth Travel, JV to Varsity, National Club to DI, II, III, Team USA to NLL, PLL and the HOF. Committing to play in College is a lifestyle choice, and our expectation is to not just play at the next level, but make an impact day 1.

PERSONALIZED PLAN

The 22 Collective receives direct coaching from Casey Powell, with personalized guidance to maximize growth. Athletes stay accountable through homework and monthly training missions, building discipline. Feedback is direct and honest, fostering a high-intensity yet supportive environment. Players push their limits while encouraging each other’s development.

LEADERSHIP CIRCLE

The CP22 Legacy Academy will foster a supportive and collaborative environment for lacrosse players to connect and learn from each other. By introducing our members to an exclusive network of former/current professional players and coaches, we aim to create a network that extends beyond the training sessions, allowing players to build lasting relationships and expand their lacrosse connections.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Experienced athletes mentor younger players through CP22 training and coaching programs. In partnership with the Casey Powell World Lacrosse Foundation, members engage in global service missions. Recent initiatives include work in Jamaica, northern Canada, and Costa Rica, supporting national teams and youth communities.
