High School Summer Training Camps
The Casey Powell Lacrosse Academy high school training camps are for high school age boys and girls who want to develop their skills and further both their understanding and passion for the game of lacrosse. Each day is split into three segments: Skill development stations, Performance/Agility training, and 3v3 SPEED lacrosse. SPEED lacrosse focuses on the sport’s core fundamentals while raising the bar for diverse multi-sport athleticism.
Our experienced lacrosse coaches work directly with the participants of all abilities by Casey Powell designed curriculum. The drills are high energy, high intensity and allow the players to maximize reps throughout each session. Camps are 3 days in length each week
